This poetry book is written, illustrated, and designed by me. It is about the journey of the self, all of the lessons learned and things realized. It is a very personal work, almost like a diary. With the poems being so personal, I thought it fit to illustrate the margins with visions I saw while I learned those lessons, or with visual tropes that match the content. I wanted the overall atmosphere of each moment to be captured fully, not relying solely on the words themselves.

As "the journey is not linear," there are no definitive sections. Five feelings are coded with a particular color in the contents page. The feelings are spread unevenly throughout the book to conceptually recognize that the journey is not linear.
